Web Developer required .

I am looking for a friendly easy going web developer to work on a per project basis. The following skills are a must: xhtml php javascript jquery mysql jquery mobile would be a great advantage to us. Must be able to develop from start to finish . I.E cutting design from psd and all aspects of coding. We are a new company looking to make a name for ourselves.
