Ladies Pole Fitness Classes with Passion 4 Pole. Pole fitness is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise. It can develop stamina, strength, muscle tone and shape. It incorporates spinning moves, static poses, inverted positions using an upright pole. So why not give it a try and see what a fun, friendly and different approach to exercise pole fitness can be. Monday 6-7, 7-8, 8-9 Tuesday 6-7. Booking is essential as I limit my classes to 8 people. Price for an hour session £6. I also do girlie parties for xmas, hen nights, birthdays etc.. for up to 10 people in my home studio. Prices to be confirmed on booking.
