LNB Surveys Ltd is a new and innovative Land and Building Surveying company which has recently been established in the UK. With over 11 years experience in the trade, I have had the opportunity to work on many different major events in the UK and in Australia. My wide ranging experience incorporates Event Design work for Earls Court London, UK based. Project Management, Surveying & Engineering Contract Management for the Melbourne Grand Prix, and experience in land & building surveys. The main focus of my work has been in land surveys, including topographical, river surveys, As-Built surveys, Building surveys - Elevations, and floor plans. In conjunction with the aforementioned surveys is the AutoCad work which has allowed me to widen my opportunities in working on major events both in the UK and Melbourne. I have acquired in-depth experience in the AutoCad product of creating detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings, Building surveys, converting 2D plans into a 3D plan for clients viewing purpose i.e. the whole layout of the Melbourne Grand Prix, and using Map3D software. I have also used my skills and knowledge of the product to teach/train companies and clients in the use and functionality of AutoCad design. LNB Surveys Ltd is currently in the process of creating an interactive website, allowing clients to view previous examples of 2D and 3D Survey work, and to track and monitor the progress of their work from the initiation stage to the completions stage. The completed work will be uploaded for client visualisation purposes, as well as the drawing being emailed and/or posted to the client dependant on preference. Below is a list of guidance prices that are subject to confirmation based on the individual specifications of client requirements and job size.
